Non-Commissioned Artworks
i. you are allowed to repost my art anywhere as long as you put credit into it. however, reposting while erasing my watermark will immediately send you into a blocklist.
ii. all of my non-commissioned works should not be used commercially. this applies to all of my original works and fanart.
iii. you are not allowed to trace my art for any kind of monetary gain. what you can, however, is to trace personally without posting the finished result.
iv. you are not permitted to feed my art into an ai generator under any circumstances.
v. use of artwork for any advertising/profits associated with non-fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.

Commissioned Artworks
i. if you wish to use my work for commercial purposes, please message me first about it. the price for commercial work is 4 times the original price.
ii. you are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of your commissioned artwork for non-fungible tokens. use of artwork for any advertising/profits associated with non-fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.
iii. payment is always done after sketch. please do not pay beforehand. i will also not allow any refunds unless if i'm unable to finish the work.
iv. an invoice will be sent to you, and as per paypal's tos, i will cover the paypal fees from the sent invoice.
v. i fully have the rights to decline a commission order.
vii. as a client, you may not claim credit or modify the finished commission.
viii. as the artist, i retain original copyright and ownership of the commission, meaning that i'll have the green light to post the finished commission on social media unless otherwise stated.
ix. i accept no chargebacks and refunds.
ii. you are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of your commissioned artwork for non-fungible tokens. use of artwork for any advertising/profits associated with non-fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.

Adoptables/Custom Characters
i. i only sell designs/adoptables via my toyhouse account (@areecyy). however, i also accept bids through my discord dms if the moment arises.
ii. payment for an adoptable is due in 48 hours unless stated otherwise. the payment will be sent through a paypal invoice and, as per paypal's tos, i will cover the paypal fees from the sent invoice.
iii. do not claim designs as your own. please always credit me as the designer.
iv. you may not resell the design unless one week has passed since you obtained it. the design must not be sold at a higher price than bought, unless extra art is included. (commissioned or personal art are alright)
v. you can gift/trade the adopt away for free.
vi. payment plans are available for bids over 150 usd.
vii. i do not accept holds that are more than 2 days.
viii. for custom character commissions, please also refer to the terms of my commissioned artworks.
